This document describes the information Robot Circus Pty Ltd (ABN 16 157 784 257) collects in relation to our game “Ticket to Earth” and how that information is used.
By using our game, you acknowledge and consent to the terms of this privacy policy.
Ticket to Earth uses the Unity Analytics platform to gather non-personal information on usage patterns in the game. For example, information about game crashes and bugs, which levels that users tend to fail on, which powers users tend to purchase, which characters are selected. This information is aggregated and analysed to help us improve the game experience with each update. For example, tracking game bugs, and seeing if users are having difficulty with certain levels.
The data collected by Unity Analytics includes:
– Information related to your game progress
– Information about your device (E.g. Device name, Operating system, Language)
– Your IP address and mobile device identifiers

NOTE: While Ticket to Earth does not make use of in-game advertising, Unity may be collecting mobile device identifiers as part of Unity Analytics. You can prevent this from being collected by changing the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device (“limit ad tracking” on iOS devices, and “opt-out of interest-based ads” on Android devices).
Ticket to Earth enables users to backup their save game using Apple iCloud.

When playing Ticket to Earth for the first time, it may prompt you for permissions to access the Camera. The camera is only used during Augmented Reality game play, and the game does not save any images to the user’s photos.
Ticket to Earth makes uses of Google Play Services for achievements, cloud saves, and game analytics.

When using Ticket to Earth, on some versions of Android, it may prompt you for STORAGE permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE). The only data that Ticket to Earth reads and writes is the game content data that it downloads from Google Play during the installation process. The game never reads any other user data from storage.
Ticket to Earth makes use of Steam services to provide features such as achievements, cloud saves, and trading cards.
